Brian Beck - CEO
Brian brings 25 years of strategic business development and over 15 years of technology staffing solutions to CN-tec. Brian is the Co-Owner and Founder of CN-tec. Brian is also a previous Co-Founder and Owner of five additional highly successful IT consulting firms. Brian’s experience goes well beyond the IT consulting business as he held various high level management positions at General Motors and served as the CEO/Founder of Peak Communications, a telecommunications company. A graduate of the University of Montana, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Brian enjoys time with his family and is also an experienced professional skier, avid mountain biker and outdoorsman.

Steven Byas - President
Steven has more than 25 years of experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry. Steven is Co-Owner of CN-tec. Prior to CN-tec, he was Co-Founder and CEO/President of Milestone Technologies and has held various executive management positions in the IT Industry. He has experience in business development, contract negotiations, financial management, capital creation, acquisitions and related integration, project management, and strategic planning. He has worked with both large and small clients developing resource plans to match their business strategies and technology. He is grateful for the opportunity to provide solutions that he knows will meet the customer needs and deliver incredible value. Steven enjoys spending time with his family, golf and motorsports.

Molly Gravatt – Vice President
Molly has 15 years of experience within IT and Telecommunications Staffing and Consulting. Molly is Vice President of CN-tec Colorado. Her background includes work with large and small customers in both the public and private sectors. She fully understands what it takes to meet the customer needs through hands on experience in recruiting, selling, and managing the business needs. She graduated with a Psychology degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where she was starting setter for the Lady Vols. She enjoys customer and consultant interaction and believes in exceeding expectations by providing top-notch customer service. Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, yoga and volleyball..
